We loved David! After initially using a flat fee relator, with little effect, we chose to work with David. He came highly recommended from friends in our neighborhood and he did not disappoint! I originally had different ideas than him regarding how to put our house on the market, but after a few conversations I came to appreciate his expertise. Throughout the process, he used specific data to back up his recommendations on listing price and how/ when to put it on the market. He was patient and knowledgeable in working with my ongoing questions and very quickly responded to any concerns. Although he obviously can't guarantee how quickly a home sells, he was on the mark with us. We sold on day 3! I give David my highest recommendation- he was a joy to work with.

My wife and I purchased a house in the Denver area with David’s help. We purchased the house from out of state, but with David’s help it was still a smooth and seamless process. We only had a 2-week window of visiting Denver to tour homes in the area and David was very accommodating for our schedule and the number of houses that we wanted to view. He provided great knowledge and insight on the construction and different building codes for each of the homes that really helped us make the most informed decision possible.

After we got into closing, he helped with scheduling and providing access for the inspection and different vendors. He set realistic expectations on what to expect during the closing process. He maintained consistent communication to ensure that we were kept in the loop and understood the nuances of the closing process.

I can’t say enough good things about working with David Trow. I was extremely nervous about buying a place by myself, but he was so skillful at explaining the process I felt confident and empowered. I could sense right away he genuinely cares about people finding homes they love, so I never once felt any sales pressure. In fact, he would point out the cons of a place when there were things I overlooked. David has an easy going personality which made looking for places fun for me and was somehow always able to accommodate my crazy schedule. My price range was low for Denver and I doubted I’d be able to stay in my neighborhood when I bought instead of continuing to rent. David encouraged me to stay true to what would not only be a good investment, but would be a place I really wanted to call home. I’m so glad I took his advice because I now have a condo in Governors Park that I love instead of resigning to a place in the suburbs I would have immediately regretted. He also has really creative negotiating ideas that put me under contract on only my second try; not an easy task in my lower price range in this market.
