As a former world-class professional triathlete and University of Colorado ski racer (CU has won more NCAA national titles than any other school), Patrick has swum, biked, ran, and skied on virtually every square inch of this amazing town and he is passionate about sharing this knowledge with his clients.

Hunter Jorgensen

Boulder native Hunter Jorgensen offers well-rounded real estate knowledge and a relentless work ethic to meet the desires and goals of his clients. He’s a tactful negotiator with top-notch valuation and financial acumen. Hunter’s zeal for real estate is rooted in the desire to create. Creating through building and design, deepening genuine connections, and seeing the potential in unlikely situations are a few of Hunter’s creative strengths.

Raised in a family of builders and developers, Hunter’s love of real estate was established early on as he was toted around construction sites throughout Boulder County. This enthusiasm continued throughout his time spent living in New York City following college graduation. In New York, he worked as a residential broker, earned a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from NYU, and ran an acquisitions team for a Brooklyn developer. Upon returning to Colorado in 2017, he joined his family company, Sugarloaf Building Co., to pursue both residential and commercial developments of his own.

Today, as a valued member of The Patrick Brown Group, he offers clients a broad understanding of the real estate industry, from construction and development to brokerage and investment. Hunter employs a respectful, honest, and detailed communication style, which upholds throughout the course of every transaction.

Hunter currently resides in Downtown Boulder where he loves the view outside his window on a daily basis and the ease of outdoor challenges. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, skiing, and cooking.

Courtney Martin

Courtney Martin is a member of the Patrick Brown Group as a Licensed Assistant, helping to ensure the client experience from beginning to end is seamless. She is dedicated to supporting clients through the entirety of the buying or selling process, facilitating the transaction with attentiveness, care, and attention to detail.

Courtney has been a Boulder resident since 2009, making Boulder her home and her community. She loves sharing the magic of this beautiful city with newcomers. Courtney and her husband Connor, live on Sugarloaf Mountain with their two dogs, Cairo and Murphy.

As a people-first individual, Courtney has found herself in careers leading in highly relational interactions. She has worked in a private school in Boulder for the past 13 years, occupying several roles from sales, marketing, operations, and organizational development. In her role, she offered continued support to her clients, finding it important to bring added value to their experience. She continues to feel passionate about helping clients towards their goals when considering a major life purchase.

As a Boulder-based athlete and strength coach, Courtney spends her free time working with clients at Kondition Fitness, Boulder’s boutique gym. She brings a fun-focused, growth-centered mindset to her instruction. Beyond her work life, she pursues personal running endeavors with The Track Club. Having run her first marathon this year, she believes that moving the body helps restore our sense of purpose, determination, and trust in our bodies.

While she loves the mountains, you’ll find her escaping to saltier waters as much as possible to nurture the coastal roots. Originally from the Southeast, a passion for building relationships and love of real estate was established early in her life. She spent most of her childhood weekends walking through homes with her father, stopping to visit custom home builds and sitting with him in meetings with clients. Courtney’s family has been in the business for three generations; her grandfather, father and now brother are custom home builders and realtors.
